Gladbrook UMC

May 14, 2020
Northern-Sun Print
With Easter Sunday approaching & knowing that the Gladbrook United Methodist Church would not be able to hold Easter services inside the church, MacKenzie Brown decided to brighten the entrance to the church. With materials she had at home, she cut out the hearts & created a “rainbow of hearts” placing them on the church’s front door on Good Friday. The “rainbow of love” remains on the UMC’s front doors to remind all who pass by to love God, love & help our neighbors & help everyone “stay safe” as COVID19 has changed/ is changing our earthly lives forever. Thank you, Mackenzie, for the beautifully decorated entrance to the UMC.
