September 26, 2019
Northern-Sun Print
On September 22, the Gladbrook Junior Auxiliary and their family members joined for a family potluck at the Memorial building. 13 junior members and 20 family members attended. A short prayer was given by leader Kathy Vavroch. All enjoyed a walking taco meal with salads and desserts. The juniors made a fall craft for the Ronald McDonald house and participated in an induction ceremony for Kinley Miller. The juniors discussed upcoming events including the juniors assisting with serving at Nikki’s homecoming on October 4th and 5th. Please let Jeanne know which day you are able to assist. The Shoe box program was also discussed for the next meeting and encouraged Juniors to take a box home if would like to fill. Emily Hulme was the lucky Junior who guessed how many pieces of candy were in the jar and every Junior received a prize to take home. Everyone enjoyed the evening!
