Gladbrook Clover Kids-4-H Club Food Collection Challenge

October 18, 2018
Northern-Sun Print
Gladbrook Clover Kids took on the challenge to help stop hunger in Tama County. They collected food items during National 4-H Week (October 7-13) and then built a tower showcasing the food they collected. This was a county-wide 4-H challenge and pictures of all of the participating clubs and the food collected can be seen on the county Facebook page @ISUExtTama. All food will be donated to county Food Pantry locations. Clubs are also raising money to package Meals from the Heartland in the spring. If you would like to help, contact any 4-H leader or the county extension office.
