COLUMBUS JUNCTION — The GMG football team earned its first win of the Adam Anthony era on Friday with a 32-0 beating of Columbus Community. Brock Baldazo was stellar for the Wolverines (1-1) on the ground with 237 yards on 20 rushes and the only four touchdowns of the game. Blaze Krull also eclipsed the century mark with 111 yards on 14 carries. Conner Murty was as good defensively as Baldazo was offensively against the Wildcats (0-2), as he finished with 17.5 total tackles, including nine solo takedowns, three for a loss. Conner Casto had two sacks to lead the way and he picked up a fumble, while Adam Cox and Carson Wobeter each had interceptions.
