They wore black knee-length dresses accented by yellow pashmina scarves. Each bridesmaid carried an arm bouquet of yellow daisies. The groom wore a black suit with raised white pinstripes and a yellow tie. Groomsmen were Matt Heldenbrand, brother of the groom; Andrew Heldenbrand, and Ryan Heldenbrand, nephews of the groom. Flower girls were Claire and Emma Heldenbrand, nieces of the groom. Ring bearer Jack Gillespie, nephew of the bride, rode down the aisle in a wagon pulled by ring bearer attendant Elizabeth Mensing, niece of the bride. Travis Graven, friend of the bride, sang I Will Be Here and The Lord’s Prayer. Organist was June Bessman. Scripture reader was John Gillespie, brother-in-law of the bride. He read the chosen scriptures from I Corinthians and I John. Ushers and candle lighters were Mike Mensing, brother-in-law of the bride, and Aaron Mensing, nephew of the bride. The bride’s personal attendant was Elizabeth Heldenbrand, sister-in-law of the groom. The reception was held in the Peace Church Fellowship Hall. Host and hostess were Tom and Kate Hester, uncle and aunt of the groom; and Bruce and Amy Thomsen, uncle and aunt of the bride. The reception was served by the Peace Church Evening Women’s Fellowship. Honored guests were the groom’s grandparents, Kenneth and Joann Heldenbrand.
